Although Worldwide Tutors is part of The Educators we act purely as an advertising vehicle in respect of online tutors. As such, we cannot accept liability for any problems which may occur between the tutor and the client.
Worldwide Tutors will endeavour to ensure the accuracy of the information on this site. We ask that any inaccuracies are brought to our attention immediately, so that corrections may be made.
It is not possible for Worldwide Tutors to "vet" all applicants, so parents and carers must retain the responsibility for checking the credentials and suitability of each prospective home tutor.
The only fee payable will be the advertising fee. All other payments will be through negotiation between the tutor and the client. .
Worldwide Tutors reserves the right to decline or amend applications and to resize and/or optimize photographs prior to publication.
Refunds cannot be considered after the advertisement has been published, but we can remove or suspend it at the advertisers request. If an advertisement is suspended by the client, it can only be reinstated free of charge during the original period for which it was published.
Any advertisements which are considered to be deliberately inaccurate or deceptive will be withdrawn. Refunds will not normally be considered in these cases.
The advertisers' details may not be used to send unsolicited communications or advertising.
